Special Notice: The FOR-PD Help Desk and offices will be CLOSED (for both daytime and evening hours) on Friday, July 4, 2008 in observance of the 4th of July Holiday. The Help Desk WILL be OPEN on Saturday, July 5, 2008 from 10 am - 3 pm EST. Normal Help Desk hours will resume on Monday, July 7, 2008.

Describe your problem as completely as possible and leave your full name and return phone number (including area code) and someone will get back to you. If you do not receive a response within 24-48 hours, please email the Project Director at forpd@mail.ucf.edu or contact our Administrative Office.

Helpful Hint: When contacting the FOR-PD Help Desk regarding inactive course links, please be sure to provide the following information:

  • Lesson number
  • Page number
  • Title of link
  • Any other important information to help us find the broken link, such as, Required Reading, Additional Resource, Classroom Application, etc.
